Don Prusha started building his bridge at the beginning of summer of 2006 and has completed the bridge deck and trusses. Most of the wood is hard maple cut from his own trees and sawed at a local mill. He has done ALL the wood construction himself, which is even more impressive given he is 68. Don says this is a retirement project and he estimates it will take about 3 years to complete. We hope to have more pictures as the project progresses. All photos Don Prusha.
